This Privacy Policy governs the processing of the personal data that users provide through the website forms, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Act 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).
Purpose of processing
We process the personal data provided (name and email address) for the sole purpose of sending the weekly Eco newsletter, with educational content on renewable energy, sustainable agriculture and environmental protection.
We do not use personal data for commercial profiling, nor do we transfer it to third parties for advertising purposes. No automated decision-making with legal effects for the user is carried out.
Legal basis
The legal basis for the processing is the explicit consent of the user, given through the subscription form and the acceptance of this Privacy Policy (art. 6.1.a of the GDPR).

User rights
